GOTiHe: Power Hour
How to Use this Planner
A "power hour" is a technique for maximizing productivity by dedicating a specific hour of the day to focus on a specific task or project. Here's a basic guide on how to use one:
Start by identifying the task or project you want to focus on during your power hour. This could be anything from completing a work project, to studying for an exam, to organizing your closet.
Set aside a specific hour of the day to dedicate to your power hour. It could be any hour of the day that works best for you, but it's important to be consistent.
Eliminate distractions. During your power hour, turn off your phone, close unnecessary tabs and apps on your computer, and let people know that you will be unavailable during this time.
Set a timer for 60 minutes. This will help you to stay focused and on track.
Begin working on your task or project. Use this time to make progress on your task, complete as much of it as possible, or work on the most important parts of it.
Take a short break after the hour is over. Use this time to stretch, get a drink of water, or do something else to refresh yourself.
Reflect on your progress. Take a moment to reflect on what you accomplished during your power hour and what you can improve on.
Repeat the process. Continuously set new goals, schedule them, track the progress, reflect on it, and make improvements.
It's important to note that power hour is a tool to use as a way to maximize productivity, but it's not for everyone. It's also important to be realistic about what you can accomplish in an hour, and don't get discouraged if you don't finish a task in that hour. The goal is to make progress and be productive, not to finish a task completely.
