Mental Flow was inspired by a divine calling for a song to think to. A song that you can use when you want to let your mind flow but with enough energy to allow you stretch, do Yoga, rap to or just chill. The song's Harp and Violin divine inspiration came via God instances that answered my quest to create such a song as this. It is infused with the 528 Hz Solfeggio Divine Love Frequency to channel the energy.

Work It Out:
Hip House BassMint WorkItOut is what I call it.
This song was inspired by a weekly workout zoom that the family was doing. We had to come up with a routine and my daughter loved the Figure 4 House song so I used that song to do the routine and it had a major impact. I felt the need to make another one. This time I wanted an African / Reggae / House type feel. To me this came off perfect as it is both low key and also powerful to workout to either stepping or any other type of workout.
Believe 2 Achieve:
A motivational song to get people inspired to achieve their goals and believe in themselves. The UnBelievAble things that we see are first believable in our minds. So "Make Believe" becomes a reality when we believe we actually Make what we Believe reality. The song also gives examples of some of the things I do to help keep me motivated. So if you want to achieve you gotta believe.

BigNard Bernard is a musical artist and has curated these wonderful playlist to bring out positive energy and vides via sound waves.
BigNard Bernard!
BigNard Bernard is a rap and hip hop artist from Hackensack, NJ, with a diverse sound representing multiple cultures and musical styles. His nickname BigNard was given to him while he was growing up and it has stuck with him ever since.
He started writing music when he was 14 years old, rapping just for fun, until he was approached by a friend who asked him to make a song. Finding inspiration from some of his favorite rappers including Big Daddy Kane, Cool G Rap, and Kool Moe Dee, BigNard Bernard was able to elevate his lyric writing and song crafting ability to a whole new level.
Fans of BigNard Bernard have compared the positivity in his music to artists like Nas, Common, and Talib Kweli, just to name a few. His current single "Believe 2 Achieve" was written as a motivational song during intense training for his first marathon.
The next track to be released is titled "ProTest 2020," inspired by the racial climate in 2020. BigNard realized some people don't actually understand racism and confuse it with prejudice. This will be an important song with the power to shine light on a serious issue and inspire us all to unite as humans.
