GOTiHe is committed to deliver the product in perfect condition at the address indicated by the customer in the checkout page. In order to optimize delivery, we thank the customer for indicating an address in which the order can be delivered within normal business hours.

 

1. GOTIHE SHIPPING

GOTiHe delivers to the following countries:

 ·         United States

·         Canada

·         European Union (all member countries)

 

GOTiHe orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday - Friday - 8 AM - 5 PM CT). For security reasons, GOTiHe will not send any order to post office boxes or military bases, nor will it accept any order when it is not possible to identify the recipient of the order and its address.

 

2. SHIPPING COSTS

In the case of products offered by GOTiHe, shipping costs may vary according to the weight, size and place of delivery of the package and will be calculated and shown at checkout.

 

In the case of products offered on the website by third party sellers, the shipping costs of the products may vary depending on the same seller and the place from which the product is shipped.

 

GOTiHe may on some occasions and as a result of offers, promotions and special days, offer free shipping on some or all products. Free shipping will be applied to the order at the time of purchase on the platform.

 

3. ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

In the case of products offered by GOTiHe:

·         1 - 3 business days.

For products offered on the website by third party sellers, order processing times may vary depending on each seller.

Order processing will take place Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5.00 PM CT (Orders are not processed on weekends and major holidays). Please keep in mind that may be extended during holidays, launches, restocks, limited edition releases and promotions.

Note: Order processing times and shipping times are different.

 

4. SHIPPING TIMES

For products offered by GOTiHe, shipping times may vary depending on the place of delivery of the package and will be calculated and shown at the time of purchase.

In the case of products offered on the website by third party sellers, the delivery times of the products may vary depending on the seller and the place of delivery of the order.

 

Important: Due to the current health emergency caused by COVID-19, delivery times may be extended.

 

5. SHIPMENT TRACKING

You will receive an email when your order has been processed, this will include the tracking details of your order.  Please make sure to track your item using the tracking number we provide to you. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the appropriate shipping company according to the tracking number, for further assistance and information.

 

6. DELAYS

GOTiHe is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery, due to natural or uncontrollable events. Additionally, GOTiHe is not responsible for delays related to the courier itself (such as customs clearance). Unfortunately, we do not have control over these delays. Transit time does not include Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays.

 

7. UNDELIVERED PACKAGES

If at the time of delivery, the customer is not at the delivery address or if it is not possible to deliver the package to any person in charge, the product must be returned and extra charges may apply for shipping costs.

 

8. WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS

GOTiHe will not take charge, or make returns for lost or undelivered packages, for wrong shipping addresses, please be sure to provide correct and accurate shipping addresses, at the time of purchase.

 

 

9. SECURE DELIVERY ADDRESS

GOTiHe recommends customers provide a secure delivery address, for example your home or place of employment. GOTiHe is not responsible for packages lost or stolen due to unsafe delivery addresses.

 

10. CUSTOMS TAX

Customs in certain countries may charge additional taxes or fees. Please note that any additional costs related to import/customs duty are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check your own country's policy on importing goods, as we are unable to provide this for you.

 

 

11. SHIPPING COMPLETED

Each delivery is considered to have been made from the moment GOTiHe makes the product available to the buyer, which is made possible by the control system used by the courier company when the status of the order changes to “completed” or “delivered".
