GOTiHe: Weekly Planner (2-Page Dated)

How to Use this Planner

Begin by finding the current week on your two-page paper planner. One page will likely show the entire calendar week and the other page will have a more detailed layout of each day.

  • Write down important dates and events for the current week in the corresponding boxes on the calendar.

  • Use different colors or symbols to distinguish between different types of events or tasks, such as work assignments, birthdays, and appointments.

  • Make sure to also write down any deadlines or due dates for the current week on both the weekly and daily layout.

  • Review your schedule regularly, at least once a week, by checking both the monthly and weekly layout to ensure that you are on track with your tasks and appointments.

  • Make any necessary updates or changes to your calendar as the week progresses.

  • On the weekly layout, use the space provided to plan out your daily tasks and appointments.

  • At the end of the week, transfer any recurring events or appointments to the next week’s calendar.

  • Remember to use the additional space provided in your planner for notes, ideas, and to-do lists.

  • Using your two-page paper planner will help you stay organized, prioritize your time and make sure you don't miss important dates or events.
