GOTiHe: Gratitude Journal

How to Use this Planner

A gratitude journal and planner is a tool that helps you to reflect on the things you are grateful for and plan ways to cultivate more gratitude in your life. Here's a basic guide on how to use one:

  • Start by setting your gratitude goals. These can be specific things you want to focus on, such as expressing gratitude to a loved one, or more general goals, such as committing to write in the journal every day.

  • Write down your gratitude goals in the planner. These will be your goals, such as daily gratitude, gratitude towards specific people, or gratitude for specific things in your life.

  • The I AM GRATEFUL FOR... you will list the things you are grateful for as you use your time to reflect. This can be from your morning routine. Any time you feel grateful don't forget to write it down in the Gratitude Journal.

  • TIP: Schedule your gratitude practices into your calendar. Make sure to set a reminder for yourself so you don't forget to write in your journal or practice gratitude.

  • Reflect on your gratitude daily and track your progress to see the goals you've accomplished, and the practices you've done. Take a few minutes each day to reflect on the things you are grateful for and write them down in your journal.

  • Adjust your goals as needed. If you find that some of your goals are too difficult to achieve or not meaningful to you, adjust them accordingly.

  • Share your progress and inspire others. Share your gratitude journal and progress with others to inspire them to do the same.

  • Repeat the process. Continuously set new goals, schedule them, track the progress, reflect on it, share it and continue to cultivate gratitude in your life.

Remember that gratitude is about being mindful and intentional about the things we appreciate in our lives. By using a gratitude journal and planner, you can stay organized and focused on your goals, and track your progress in cultivating gratitude in your life.
