How to Use this Planner

A good karma and pay it forward planner is a tool that helps you to track and organize your good deeds and list "pay it forward" goals. Here's how to use this planner:

  • Start by setting your "pay it forward" goals located at the bottom of the sheet. These can be specific actions you want to take, such as volunteering at a homeless shelter once a week, or more general goals, such as committing to do one kind deed a day.

  • Write down 1-3 goals in the pay it forward section. These will be your goals that you want to do the make someone's life a little better or create smile that last a lifetime. It can be different types of goals, such as volunteering, random acts of kindness, or donations.

  • The GOOD Karma Tracker, you will list your random acts of kindness, which are separate from you Pay it Forward Goals. Any time you do an act of kindness write it down in the Good Karma Tracker.

  • TIP: Schedule your goals in your calendar. Make sure to set a reminder for yourself so you don't forget to do your good deed or fulfill your goal.

  • Track your progress. Use the planner to keep track of the good deeds you've done and the goals you've accomplished.

  • Reflect on your progress. Take a moment to reflect on the positive impact your actions have had on others and on yourself.

  • Adjust your goals as needed. If you find that some of your goals are too difficult to achieve or not meaningful to you, adjust them accordingly.

  • Share your progress and inspire others. Share your good deeds and "pay it forward" goals with others to inspire them to do the same.

  • Repeat the process. Continuously set new goals, schedule them, track the progress, reflect on it and share it.

Remember that "pay it forward" and good karma are about making a conscious effort to spread positivity and kindness in the world. By using a planner, you can stay organized and focused on your goals, and track your progress in making a positive impact on others.
