GOTiHe: 3 Ways to Let Your Mind Flow (Part 1)
GOTiHe: 3 Simple Ways to Let Your Mind Flow – Listen: (Part 1 of 3)
Part 1 - Listen to music without words:
We are what we think and do most, and believe it or not, music is the ultimate mental development tool, and in this 3 part series, we will explore the benefits of the song [Mind Flow] by BigNard Bernard.
Mind Flow was inspired by a divine calling for a song to think to. It is a song that you can use when you want to let your mind flow but with enough energy to allow you to stretch, do yoga, rap, or just chill and relax. The song's harp, violin, and tabla divine inspiration came via God instances, answering my quest to create such a song as this. (“God instance” is a spiritual-based coincidence). It is infused with the 528 Hz Solfeggio Divine Love Frequency to channel the energy. Can you find it in the song? Sit back, relax, and let your mind be free to explore your inner world spiritually!
One of the major powers of music is that you can’t mentally stop the sounds and/or words that enter your ear. You can ignore them, but you will still hear them. In fact, you can’t even mentally stop hearing your inner voice, yourself reading, or yourself thinking. Did you just hear yourself read this sentence? If yes, leave a comment and let us know 😉
When you read to yourself, you actually hear your inner voice, and even though your mouth is closed, your vocal cords move slightly, so technically, what we hear when reading is “all in the mind.”
Our ears are mostly reactionary and passively listen for sounds and vibrations, whether that is through voice, music, or anything audible. When you hear, the sound first travels into your ears as vibrations that stimulate your eardrums, which are then converted into electrical brain signals by the cochlea that are sent to your brain for processing. Your subconscious tries to identify what is being heard and determines if it poses a threat or not and is finally processed by your conscious mind or thinking mind before you even notice a sound occurred. So everything you hear has a slight delay and was already processed by your brain faster than you think, literally! It takes about 150ms (1/10th of a second) for you to react to any sound you hear, and our brains process sound faster than our eyes process light. Even though light is faster than sound, it’s a lot easier for our brains to convert sound waves into brain signals than it is to convert light.
I’m sure you are aware of the constant bombardment of information being hurled towards us at lightning speeds, exceeding our ability to process it. From the endless droves of social media posts of irresistibly cute cats and motivational phrases to the latest videos on every topic, you can imagine. They are made to trigger a reaction or emotional response. There are many writings on how our minds are being exploited based on behavioral sciences and how we are mostly reacting to a narrative that is, at times, intentionally fed to us without our knowledge. With the advent of Artificial Intelligence (AI), they even have algorithms that track our behavioral patterns and tailor content specifically to keep us. They learn our wants, hobbies, and purchasing habits to present advertisements that most likely influence our decision to buy their product impulsively.
This social media blitz is overwhelming and actually pulls us away from thinking and learning about ourselves. We are what we think most, and if our thoughts are constantly being molded and manipulated to affect how we see and understand the world to their advantage, then we lose the essence of who we are.
Our self-talk and thinking get drowned out, and Mind Flow is one of the many keys to unlock your mind from the mental cage while you sit back, relax, and let your mind be free to explore your inner world spiritually!

Listen for the 528 Hz Solfeggio Divine Love Frequency.
These exercises can be done anywhere you are as long as you are in a safe place that you can close your eyes. I would take the express bus from New Jersey into New York City and use noise-canceling headphones, and was able to relax and achieve Mind Flow.
Note: Noise-canceling Headphones provide a great experience if you’re in a noisy environment.
