GOTiHe: 3 Ways to Let Your Mind Flow (Bonus: Part 4)

GOTiHe:  3 Simple Ways to Let Your Mind Flow – Synergize (Bonus: Part 4 of 3)

Bonus: Part 4 - Synergize:

Synergy:  MindFlow + AirFlow + ZenFlow = SynerFlow Music, Breathe and Meditate:  When we combine these 3 steps we are in a state of Mind Flow.

Mind Flow was the answer to a spiritual question I had.  I was constantly being guided by outside influences and wanted a way to honor life and enhance my wellbeing at the same time.  I wanted something that I can use to guide my morning routine that was long enough to achieve Mind Flow.

Purpose: As a musical artist, I purposely left Mind Flow as an instrumental and added the Solfeggio Frequency to provide a healing affect to the music.  There are many studies that show vibrations and frequencies can line up particles and stimulate the body on a cellular level. [research goes here] Also music induces moods and focus.

  1. Listen: Music has the ability to bend the perception of time.  Mind Flow is purposely 6 minutes to allow ample time and provides an effective bases for applying these 3 synergies in a way to keep us in tune while increasing with enough energy to bring us out of Mind Flow energized and uplifted.

  2. Breathing:  The more we oxygenate our blood the better it can heal the body and oxygen in the brain helps all aspects of our life and thoughts.

  3. Meditate: Allows us to take control of our inner self which I believe increases our self-awareness, inner-standing and outer-standing by temporarily detaching from all of the external distractions to focus inner space.  (Put your phone on airplane mode and play Mind Flow)

  4. Synergy: With all 3 of these combined Using Mind Flow or similar music we can regenerate all aspects of our lives.

Try Mind Flow Synergy and let us know what you think?

  1. Listen: to Mind Flow by clicking here:

  2. Synergy: When Mind Flow starts, Close your eyes if you can and try to let your mind flow:

  • Allow your mind to flow where it wants.  There are no right or wrong thoughts.

  • Try to relax and flow with the music and let it guide you.

  • If you can, silence your phone.

These exercises can be done anywhere you are as long as you are in a safe place that you can close your eyes.  I would take the express bus from New Jersey into New York City and use noise cancelling headphones and was able to relax and achieve Mind Flow.

Note:  Noise Cancelling Headphones provide a great experience if you’re in a noisy environment.

Key Questions:

  1. Were you able to Synergize and do all three simultaneously until the Mind Flow song ended?

  2. Did you feel the energy of the 528 Hz Solfeggio Divine Love Frequency?
